2. What data we collect
We do not ask visitors to create accounts on this website. The data we may process is limited to information you voluntarily send us by email, the details you give us when you join our newsletter, and technical browsing information generated when you visit the site.

5. Newsletter
If you join our newsletter, we process your email address, your consent choice, the date and time of your subscription, and technical information collected to prevent automated abuse. We use this information only to email you about new games and studio news, a few times a year.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by writing to hi@mantita.games.

When analytics cookies are enabled, our legal basis for processing related analytics data is your consent. If you contact us directly by email, we process that communication because it is necessary to respond to your request.
Our legal basis for the newsletter is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent checkbox on the sign-up form. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. We use reCAPTCHA on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure and free of spam.

We use EmailOctopus to collect newsletter sign-ups and send newsletter emails. See the EmailOctopus Privacy Policy. The sign-up form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
